As for the recipe...it's very simple. Get boneless chicken cubes and marinate them for an hour with nothing but salt and pepper. Fry them in butter and keep them aside. In a wok, fry some fresh garlic pods, carrot slices, chopped parsely, celery, and black pepper pods in butter for a while. Put the fried chicken in the wok and fry everything together for 2 more mins...fill the wok with milk...put salt and pepper (powder)...wait for the chicken to get cooked...wait for the milk to boil...when the chicken is almost done, put a spoonful of cornflour in the milk...after a while, put a bowlful of freshly beaten cream....garnish with some more pepper and celery leaves if u like...ur done :)....server with plain porota, or bread loaves...tastes yum
@madmax: thats one thing he cannot ever get me j about. Coz i know how lazy he is with socialising. he took 6 goddamn years to talk to me and add another year to that to propose to me.so you know...but i don;t mind putting his entire office and clients on sale :D
