Tete-e-tete with the ketchup girl
This part of the year always brings in a strange happiness in me. But not this year. I don't feel it. And I know this feeling has got nothing to do with age. It can't be.

Whats the Ketchup girl reading?
She's reading three book at a time and all at a snail's pace. Train to Pakistan, City of Djinns (re-reading)and Screw it, lets do it by Richard Brandson. Of the three, the first one depresses her every time she goes past a page, the second one is as refreshing a read as the first one, and the third one...is old grandma's pickle in a tiny new bottle.
How's The ketchup girl's mood?
Gloomy. She doesn't like the way things are moving in her life...she wants more fizzzzz....the monotony is killing her.
How is the ketchup girl liking her new job?
She is dilly-dallying between liking it a loooot and and disliking it a looot too. But she is super excited about coolhotmail. That's what she is working on and she hopes all her readers to go there and get super cool email ids.
How are the Ketchup girl's friends doing?
The ones that matter to her are doing well, she presumes. One of her ardent admirers is kicking ass at Grey Worldwide and the other one is sulking in Reader's Digest. These two are just about two Friends who have cared to keep in touch, the former one is forced to keep in touch for reasons better unsaid. The second one keeps in touch for the sake of variety in life.
How is the Ketchup girl's social life?
Semi-rocking. Apart from a mind blowing babrbeque party that she attended, she has been pretty low profile. One of the reasons being that the ketchup girls husband is an anti-social. But the Ketchup girl is looking forward to a wedding that's coming up...
Whats the newest in the Ketchup girl's life?
Meeshu's Nanny. Her name in English means - waterfall. (Now why would anyone name their child that?) She is this 19 year old and full of beans. I look forward to going home to be entertained by both these cartoon characters.

Sue's wedding, Tinni's wedding, Pujo, coorg...if it ever materialises..
...any shocking incidents?
Oh yes! There's one. She still hasn't gotten over that...and she is dying to mention it here blog but can't..and because she can't she hates it even more...she promises to add it to her much promised book of short stories...
Any more mentionables in the past few weeks of her absence on butkintuparantu...
Yes. The Ketchup girl is really impressed and most amused at the paperless office culture at her newest workplace. Everything is virtual.
And then she has this need to lose weight..which is getting to her....she hates that accumulated flab around her waist...
